"Security chain was broken on door when housekeeping came and attempted entry while we were still in the room. Called in to report it and hotel staff said they would take care of it. When we returned to the room, nothing had been done about it. Called again to report it, and they offered us a screwdriver to repair it ourselves. Were told we could come get the screwdriver ourselves or wait until someone comes back from the store. We never received the screwdriver."
